Sylvia Plester-Silk is a Holistic Energy Therapist with a private practice in downtown Guelph. Sylvia has worked in the fields of mental health and addictions with men and women for over 15 years as a Registered Social Worker and Certified Addictions Counsellor. In 1995 she was introduced to the field of energy work and has been studying energy work in depth since that time. She now integrates energy work with traditional counselling to assist her clients in a gentle, non-invasive manner, while always honouring the body's innate wisdom.
